On May 15, a delegation led by Lan Riyan, the Deputy General Manager of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Guangxi Beibu Gulf Investment Group'), visited IBI of TDD. Liu Zhai, Senior Vice President of IBI and CEO of TDD, along with Shao Zhaojun, Senior Vice President and Director of Operation Department of TDD, warmly welcomed the visitors. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as industrial internet cooperation, cross-border supply chain services, smart logistics, and collaborative development in the new energy industry.
Guangxi Beibu Gulf Investment Group was established in 2007 and is a large state-owned enterprise directly under the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It mainly undertakes major infrastructure construction and foreign cooperation tasks in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. After more than ten years of development, the Group has formed five core business sectors: comprehensive transportation, industrial finance, environmental water services, port logistics, and cross-border finance. Its asset scale has increased by six times, and annual profits have grown by eighteen times, making it one of the most growth-oriented state-owned enterprises in Guangxi.
During the discussion, Lan Riyan stated: "Guangxi Beibu Gulf Investment Group has resource advantages in areas such as cross-border logistics, port economy, and new energy infrastructure, especially with rich experience accumulated in major projects like the Friendship Pass Smart Port and the Pinglu Canal. TDD, as a leading enterprise in the industrial internet, has significant advantages in digital supply chains, cross-border trading platform, and cold chain logistics. The two sides can deepen collaboration in ASEAN cross-border trade, the integration of 'port+industries', and green energy cooperation, jointly serving the upgrade of the China-ASEAN industrial chain."
Liu Zhai said: “As a leading B2B e-commerce and industrial internet platform, TDD actively integrates the existing value system of the industrial chain, coordinating resources across regions to jointly promote innovation in the operation of the industrial and supply chains. We look forward to collaborating with the Group in areas such as cross-border bulk commodity trading, the 'Energy Integration' photovoltaic project, and new materials for marking coatings, to reduce costs and increase efficiency in the industrial chain.”
